Slow Vinyasa Yoga for Resilience | Rising From Within

Join Ahsa for a mindful, slow vinyasa yoga practice designed to help you connect to your inner strength. In this hour-long class, we’ll move with intention and breath to awaken strength from the inside out—flowing through grounding postures and gentle heart-openers. Our peak pose, Locust (Salabhasana), invites you to rise with quiet confidence—activating the back body and reconnecting to the deep energy already alive inside you. Rooted in self-trust and guided by inner alignment, this is a practice of resilience and remembering your strength. This class is offered multiple times throughout the week. Repeating the same yoga class helps movements feel more natural by building muscle memory and deepening awareness. Over time, this steady rhythm supports confidence, alignment, and meaningful growth in your practice. So join in as often as you can each week!

If you can’t make this session, feel free to check Ahsa’s events page to see if another time works for you. The live begins at 5 till to allow time to arrive and settle in. Class begins on the hour.

Please note: all live events are free to attend and are hosted on the free app, Insight Timer. All times listed are in Pacific Daylight Time. Click the link below for more info.
